Monday's Motivational Mantra

We all need a little encouragement from time to time and sometimes we look outside for people places or things to give us that little push. ​

REPEAT to yourself throughout the week as needed for a mental feel good!

"I am powerful in my own skin. I am proud of who I am becoming because my flaws are just as important as my perfections. Today is just another day to embrace my current me and unleash my wanted me. 
I will allow myself permission to be imperfectly perfect in my journey."

​​We forget how much power we hold inside. That power can be depleted, renewed and reused. Never forget your inner power source. 

Never forget there were times you gave up, fell down or never tried but your still here today holding strong to something. Let that something be your energizer!
